Position 1: Fraunhofer ISE will share a list which is required to be collected for the preparation of Pre-Assessment Report.
Position 2: SolarMENA will collect the data according to Fraunhofer’s list which is shared within Position 1.
Note: Some delivered documents may be required to be translated from Turkish into English by SolarMENA.
Position 3: Solar potential evaluation of the project field. Shadow analysis of the field.
Position 4: Preparation of Yield Assessment Report by assessing the documents of the EPC company.

 Construction plans
 Check/Confirm of accuracy and reliability of solar data, energy generation calculations and performance ratio which are used in the feasibility report
 Technological sufficiency and evaluation of conformity of the modules, inverters and electromechanical components and reporting of the previous performances of the manufacturers. (Technology and Conformity of Components: Share the thoughts regarding to the used technology/contract and evaluation of the possible risks).
 Evaluation of conformity of layout plan of modules and inverters to realize the projected energy generation.
Position 5: Preparation of “General Monitoring Specifications”
Position 6: Project field visit covering shadow analysis on the field and the preparation of its evaluation report.
Position 7: Check/Confirm of accuracy and reliability of the final layout plans (electrical and constructional ones).
Schedule
The Pre-Assessment Report will be provided within 2 weeks after delivery of all the required documents.
